Large Groups Interventions (LGI)

This new tool has been developed to speed up change processes.

Participation in LGI can have a beneficial effect on groups of up to several hundred, or a thousand employees at the same time. The speed of the change process gains in new dynamics and wide support. This no longer depends on company size.
